Limiting his practice to the handling personal injury, wrongful death and social security disability cases, Lynn has earned a reputation for success in courtrooms all across the state. Lynn has been selected for inclusion in the American Trial Lawyers Association, a national organization composed of the Top 100 Trial Lawyers from each state.  He has also been selected by his peers to be included in the 2007 and 2008 editions of The Best Lawyers in America in the areas of Personal Injury and Medical Malpractice.  Lynn is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and also the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum, two of the most prestigious groups of trial lawyers in the United States, where membership is limited to attorneys who have achieved million and multi-million verdicts and settlements. 

 

Lynn has been elected to the Board of Governors of the Missouri Association of Trial Attorneys and to the Board of Governors of the Missouri Bar.  He has also been elected and is currently serving as President of the Missouri Association of Trial Attorneys and he has been selected for inclusion in Super Lawyers. Lynn has received the highest possible rating by Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory and has been recognized for inclusion in The Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers.

 

Lynn is a member of the Association of Interstate Trucking Lawyers of America, an organization which includes many of the top trucking attorneys in the country.  Lynn also received a rating of Excellent from the President of the Arkansas Trial Lawyers Association for his November 2006 presentation to their organization on Preparation and Use of a Mediation Video in Semi Truck Wrongful Death Cases.
