The Henry law firm has roots over 50
years deep and was founded by Harold L. Henry who was
admitted to the Bar in 1956. During Harold's legal career,
most of which was spent as a trial lawyer, Harold also had
the privilege and honor of serving as Assistant Attorney
General of Missouri, Prosecuting Attorney of Howell County,
Probate and Magistrate Judge of Howell County and Circuit
Judge of the 37th Judicial Circuit.
In 1974, Harold's two sons, Lynn and Don,
joined Harold in the practice of law in the law firm then
known as Henry, Henry & Henry. Don left the firm after 28
years to take the office of Associate Circuit Judge of
Howell County, a position which he still holds today.
Harold, who had been a member of the Missouri Bar for nearly
51 years, died on April 17, 2007.
Lynn, using the skills he learned from
his father before him, continues to be one of the most
actively involved trial lawyers in the state practicing
personal injury, wrongful death and social security
disability law in the firm which is now known as Henry &
Henry, P.C.
