Lynn Henry

Limiting his practice to handling personal injury and wrongful death cases, Lynn has been selected for inclusion in the American Trial Lawyers Association, a national organization composed of the Top 100 Trial Lawyers from each state. He has also been selected by his peers to be included in The Best Lawyers in America in the areas of Personal Injury and Medical Malpractice. Lynn is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and also the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum, where membership is limited to attorneys who have achieved million and multi-million verdicts and settlements.

Lynn has been elected to the Board of Governors of the Missouri Association of Trial Attorneys and to the Board of Governors of the Missouri Bar. He is a past President of the Missouri Association of Trial Attorneys and he has been selected for inclusion in Super Lawyers. Lynn has received the highest possible rating by Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory and has been recognized for inclusion in The Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers.

Lynn is a member of the Association of Plaintiff Interstate Trucking Lawyers of America, an organization that includes many of the top trucking attorneys in the country. Lynn also received a rating of Excellent from the President of the Arkansas Trial Lawyers Association for his presentation on Preparation and Use of a Mediation Video in Semi-Truck Wrongful Death Cases.
